Description
Proximity Time Clock System automates time tracking for unlimited number of employees.
The TTPROXEK automates and streamlines employee time tracking and calculations. The time clock terminal records employee arrival, break, lunch and departure times by reading a unique RFID proximity badge. A keypad enables optional supervisor-approved pin number entry. The system includes TimeTrax time & attendance software providing time card editing, payroll reporting, and exporting to most major payroll providers. Automatically calculates overtime, tracks weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payroll periods, and enables holiday and bonus hours for global or select employee groups. Easily expands by adding time clock terminals, employee software upgrades and proximity badges or key fobs.

Proximity time clocks have a sensor which reads an RFID badge to instantly record employee arrival, break, lunch, and departure times. A prox card is "contactless" and is read when held within two inches of the time clock sensor. The prox badges are assigned to each employee using time and attendance software.

Run up to nine payroll reports, including Payroll, Time Card, Attendance, Punch, Detailed Payroll Card, Card Comprehensive, Employee Card, Employee Contact, and Employee Seniority.
