How rewards work

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying merchandise. From time to time, you may see special offers like bonus points or point multipliers. You can use points right away on the same order, or save them for later when logged into your Quill account. Guest checkout allows immediate use, but unused Points won't be saved unless you're signed in.

Yes. Points remain active as long as your account has at least one purchase every 60 days. After 60 days of no purchase activity, your entire points balance expires.

Reward items may ship separately from regular merchandise, and timing varies. Items ship after the merchandise that earned the points has shipped. Digital gift cards arrive via email within 2-5 business days. If your item arrives damaged, Customer Service can assist.

If you return merchandise, your original payment is refunded and points earned from that purchase are removed. If those points were already spent, your balance may go negative until new points are earned..
