What is the advantage of a laser printer for my business?

Laser printers have many advantages, especially in a larger office. They can print a large volume of text-only documents quickly, with high quality.

Should I pick color laser printer or a black & white laser printer?

Whether you should go with a black & white or color laser printer depends on what kind of documents your office prints most. A black & white laser printer will print clean, crisp lines, but won’t be much help with charts or graphs.
