Adams 2026 1099 Tax Envelopes, 2-Up Format, Double-Window, Peel & Seal, White, 25/Pack (STAX1-26)
Description
Adams double-window 1099 envelopes are redesigned for 2026 to fit updated 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC form layouts and work with older 1099 formats.
Adams 1099 envelopes are security-tinted for privacy and redesigned for 2026 to fit 2-per-page 1099 forms. A peel & seal closure seals without water to save time and effort.
- Use with 2-per-page 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-R, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT tax forms.
- 5-5/8" L x 9" W
- White wove; 24 lb.
- Self-sealing peel & seal closure
- Envelopes are security tinted
- Updated double-window design with two horizontal windows stacked on the left side of the envelope; top window: 3-3/8" wide x 1-3/8" tall, positioned 1/2" from the left edge; bottom window: 3-3/8" wide x 1-7/16" tall, positioned 1/2" from the left edge and 1-1/2" up from the bottom edge; 7/16" gap between the top and bottom windows
- 25 per pack
- 2026 IRS Update: 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms required window adjustments for 2026; this envelope reflects the redesigned window placement.
These Adams 1099 envelopes are windowed to match the current 2-per-page layout for 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-R, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT. If you're printing this year's forms, this is the envelope that lines up correctly.
Updated for the 1099-NEC Change
1099-NEC moved from 3 forms per page to 2 for 2026, which shifted where the window needs to sit. If you used a separate NEC envelope last year, you should use these updated envelopes.
