Features of Ampad Gold Fibre writing pads and other products
No matter the style, size, or design of Ampad books and pads, they all have a few things in common. Double thick chipboard backs allow for smooth writing whether working on desk pads or holding notebooks in hand. Micro-perforations make the pages easy to remove while not leaving jagged edges. Many have covers to protect or keep writing secret, while coverless options allow users to get right to work without having to lift covers. Each pad contains between 50 and 100 pages for lightweight use and plenty of writing space.
Ampad Gold Fibre rules
Notebooks and Notepads come in different rules often designed for specific uses. Ampad Gold Fibre offers the following rule options:
- Wide ruled is 11/32 inches and found in Ampad Gold Fibre legal pads
- College ruled is 9/32 inches and the most common size in the U.S. market
- Narrow ruled is 1/4 inch and allows for more writing on a single page
- Gregg and Pitman ruled have lines down the center for stenography notes
- Quad ruled comprises of grids for graphing
Some products mix rules, such as Ampad Gold Fibre graph planning pads. Each sheet has quad rule on one side and narrow rule on the other. This allows users to graph and take notes together.
Ampad Gold Fibre binding options
Choose from a couple binding types including spiral notebooks with wired binding along the tops or sides. These options make it easy to flip pages over to the back so the notebook remains flat. Glue and tape binding is usually along the top edges and makes it easy to cleanly tear and remove pages.
