This Cambro CP12110 black 1.5 Qt. round crock is a must have addition to salad bars, buffet tables, or cold food stations. Made of high impact plastic, it resists stains and odors caused by vinegar, salad dressings, or salad oils. A translucent plastic lid is included. Requires 4 7/8" diameter cut out for use in salad bars.
