Quill® subscribe + save terms and conditions
Quill’s subscribe + save program allows you to save time by subscribing to a delivery schedule for the essentials you purchase most like paper, ink and toner. You’ll receive 5% off eligible subscription items. Eligibility is subject to change at any time, and subscribe items that are currently eligible may be excluded from the discount in future. To see whether an item currently qualifies for the discount, visit the product details page or your subscription management page. Some exclusions apply, see Terms below for more details. Once enrolled, you don’t need to do anything else. Your subscription will ship on the schedule you set until it is canceled.
You can find subscribe + save products and learn more about the program on the subscribe + save page. The terms and conditions below (the “Terms”) apply to your subscribe + save purchases from this site (including any related websites, mobile applications, or contractual arrangements). These Terms are between you and Quill, located at 300 Tri State Intl, Ste 300 in Lincolnshire, Illinois, and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please read these Terms carefully. By subscribing to the subscribe + save program, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. Quill may in its discretion change these Terms and may notify you by posting updated Terms at any time. Notices to you may be made by posting updated Terms or if you are already enrolled by e-mail, or by regular mail, or as otherwise agreed between you and Quill (including in each case via links). By continuing to participate in the subscribe + save program after we change these Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your subscriptions. Your subscribe + save purchases will be governed by the version of the Terms that is current at the time of shipment. These Terms are in addition to any other applicable terms that govern the use of Quill.com, including without limitation the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice (which are incorporated by reference in these Terms).
You need to have a Quill.com account to subscribe. Any items you subscribe to for subscribe + save will be sent to the selected address at the chosen frequency until the subscription is cancelled.
There is no commitment. You can change, cancel, or skip delivery at any time through the subscribe + save page in your Quill.com account, as described in the below FAQ. If we receive your instructions by the "Last date to edit delivery", displayed within the subscription under the name, the changes will take effect for your upcoming delivery. Changes made after that date will apply to your following scheduled delivery.
You must select a method of payment when you subscribe. The accepted payment methods are detailed in the FAQ below. You authorize Quill to charge your payment method for any items delivered through your subscriptions under the subscribe + save program. For your first order of each subscription, you will be charged immediately. After your first order, you will be charged when your order is shipped.
The amount of each subscription order may vary. The price of your first order is confirmed upon subscription. For subsequent orders, the price will be the then-current cost of the item at the time of shipment plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax. A handling fee of $5.99 is applied to orders of $24.99 or less. While enrolled in the subscribe + save program, you agree to pay for the items delivered through your subscriptions and you agree that your payment method will be charged such amounts.
Quill reserves the right in its discretion to terminate the subscribe + save program or any subscriptions at any time without notice.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription using any of the following methods (including stored cards):
- Net 30 terms (if eligible)
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
We cannot accept cards issued outside the United States.
You cannot pay for your subscribe + save orders with gift cards, rebate cards, or 3rd party payment services (i.e., PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay).
Is there a minimum number of items I must purchase for subscribe + save?
No. You can subscribe to as many or as few items as you'd like.
Can I subscribe to more items at any time?
Yes. Subscribe to any eligible item and select the frequency of how often you want that item delivered. If you add this item prior to your "Last date to edit delivery", you can expect it with your upcoming delivery. Otherwise, expect this item to be in the following delivery.
Can I add multiple items to a subscription?
Yes. You can group subscription items with the same shipping frequency into different subscription lists. Select Subscribe next to the item you would like to add and then select the subscription you would like to add it to.
Note: A single item cannot be added to multiple subscriptions for the same shipping location.
Can I apply coupons and rewards towards my subscription when I subscribe?
Coupons and rewards can only be applied on your first subscription order, and not to the subsequent recurring orders.
Why did the price of my subscription change? Can it change each time?
The amount of each subscription order may vary. The price of your first order is confirmed upon subscribing. For subsequent orders, the price will be the then-current cost of the item at the time of shipment plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax. A handling fee of $5.99 is applied to orders of $24.99 or less.
When will I be charged?
For your first order, you will be charged immediately. After your first order, you will be charged when your order is shipped.
What happens if an item in my subscription is out of stock?
If an item in your subscription is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
Can I return items from my subscription?
Returns will be treated like any other Quill.com return. Navigate to Orders > Order history in the top-right corner to return an item. See the Quill.com Return policy for details.
Why did Quill cancel my subscription or order?
Quill may cancel your subscription if the item is no longer eligible for subscribe + save or the item has been discontinued or changed. If you'd like to subscribe to a different item, please view eligible subscribe + save items and subscribe. Orders can also be cancelled when there are problems with the credit card or payment method you provided. You will be notified via email in the event your order is cancelled.
Will I be charged shipping & handling for my subscription order?
Orders of $25 or more ship free within the contiguous 48 states, based on the value of each order installment at the time of shipment (excluding the value of any one-time purchases or cancelled subscription items that may have been included in prior order installments). Excludes orders that contain heavy or oversized items. A handling fee of $5.99 is applied to orders of $24.99 or less. Rewards+ members and Preferred customers receive free shipping—no order minimum required—within the contiguous 48 states.
