The mailback electronics recycling kit program is a service that allows you to recycle your old electronics by shipping them in a provided box to a vetted, certified recycling facility.

Most electronics can be recycled through this program, including computers, laptops, tablets, printers, cell phones, and other small electronic devices. The program does not support loose batteries or any assets that contain, or have contained, liquids, food waste, radioactive, or biologic materials. The kit includes a list of accepted vs not accepted asset types.

The mailback program is simple and easy to use. Through this program, Quill provides a pre-paid shipping box that you can use to ship your old electronics. You simply pack your electronics in the box, seal it, and send it back to the recycling facility using the provided shipping label.

Before sending your electronics, it is recommended that you remove any personal data or sensitive information from your devices, though this is not required. Although all assets are processed at a certified electronics recycling facility, they are shipped via standard UPS ground shipment.

Quill' partner for electronics recycling is the highest certified company in the industry and will provide a Certificate of Recycling & Data Destruction documenting that your electronics have been properly recycled.

Yes — the Small Box should not exceed 6 lbs; the Medium Box should not exceed 18 lbs; the Large Box cannot exceed 70 lbs; and the Full and Half Pallet boxes are made to support 500 and 360 lbs respectively.

Yes, the UPS tracking number will be listed on your return label. This can be used to track your shipment via the UPS tracking website.
