Description
The Eaton Tripp Lite BP72RT is a 72-volt Extended Battery Module (EBM) engineered to significantly boost the runtime of compatible Eaton/Tripp Lite SmartOnline UPS systems. Designed for demanding environments such as data centers, education, healthcare, government, and enterprise networks, this module features two valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries connected in parallel, providing a total capacity of 18Ah at 72V for reliable long-duration backup performance. It supports daisy-chaining of up to four matching battery packs, enabling even greater extended-run capability for mission-critical applications. Built with heavy-gauge, high-current DC cabling and a UPS-specific connector, the BP72RT ensures safe, simple installation. Its versatile 2U rack/tower form factor fits standard 19-inch racks using the included 4-post mounting hardware, with optional accessories available for 2-post installations.
