The 60-432-003 Split Pole-Mount Bracket from Ergotron is designed to mount most extenders, CPU holders, wire storage baskets, and the Ergotron LX, 200, and 400 series mount arms to a 1.5" diameter pole. The bracket splits into two pieces to easily wrap around the pole and is constructed of durable aluminum for reliability.
