FireKing 60-Gallon Flammable Safety Cabinet with manual close is designed for flammable liquid storage. Constructed of durable steel, both models feature reinforced double-wall construction with a 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) thermal air gap. The cabinets have a high-gloss powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance. Each unit includes two flame arrestors, 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) in size, with a fire baffle and cap for safety. Purchaser must comply with all local codes and regulations concerning use. Contact your local AHJ (Authority Holding Jurisdiction) for more information.
- Flammable safety cabinets are required when more than 25 gallons of flammable liquids are present (OSHA.gov). Not sure which version you need. Please follow your local codes and defer to the Authority having jurisdiction for final decision.

- Dual flame arrestors 2.5-inch (one for intake, one for exhaust) are designed to stop external flames from entering the cabinet through vent opening. They dissipate heat and quench the flame, preventing a fire from igniting vapors inside the cabinet.
- The fire baffle increases the unit's ability to block and slow the spread of heat and flames into the cabinet, adding another layer of passive fire protection. The protective cap prevents dust, debris, and water out of the flame arrestor and vent system, which is essential to ensure unobstructed operation and safety.
- 18-gauge reinforced double-wall steel construction includes a 1.5-inch air gap insulation on sides, top, bottom, back and doors, which acts a thermal barrier, slowing heat transfer in the event of a fire.
- Cabinets feature piano hinges that run the full length of the cabinet door, reducing gaps and contributes to maintaining the cabinet's fire-resistant seal. These hinges opens and closes more smoothly, reducing wear on both the hinges and the cabinet.
- Manual closing doors - compliant in select municipalities and states. Also available with self closing doors SC45-AC-Y. Not sure which version you need. Please follow your local codes and defer to the Authority having jurisdiction for final decision.
- Includes a 2" (5.1 cm) raised, leakproof containment basin preventing hazardous liquids from spreading on the surrounding surfaces or floors. Tested to hold liquids for 24 hours
- 4 Adjustable leveling glides, allow you to adjust each corner of the cabinet individually. This ensures the cabinet sits flat and is stable, even on sloped or uneven flooring.
- Flush mounted paddle handle sit flush with the cabinet surface, reducing the risk of snagging clothing or equipment. This is idea for tight spaces or high-traffic areas where protruding handles could be a hazard.
