Enjoy the benefits of automated folding and inserting with this tabletop inserter. The versatile FD 6104 processes documents up to 14” in length and produces up to 1,350 envelopes per hour. With two fully-automatic sheet feeders and one automatic insert/BRE feeder, it offers a range of folding and inserting capabilities for checks, invoices, statements, letters and more. A 5” color touchscreen control panel provides quick access to saved jobs right on the home screen, while bold icons indicate the status of each feeder. Its user-friendly wizard-based software guides operators through setup and operation. Users can program up to 15 jobs for instant, one-touch operation. Electromagnetic double document detection ensures each envelope contains the correct number of documents. Finished pieces are neatly collected in the adjustable catch tray. Additional features include a resettable counter, seal and non-seal capabilities, fold only without inserting, cascade mode to maximize output, daily mail mode for inserting stapled sets, eco mode, easy load feeders, and a clamshell design for easy access to the paper path.
