But without a headset, PTT messages can be missed, overheard, or slower to act on. Even during peak trading hours, Perform 10’s high-performance microphone filters out store noise for clear, reliable communication across the floor. Audio plays directly in-ear to keep conversations private, while still allowing associates to stay aware of their surroundings - reducing repeats and customer disruption. We know that comfort is critical for adoption. That’s why Perform 10’s lightweight, discreet design is made to fit over 90% of ears*. Its adjustable ear piece and curved ear hook means it will stay comfortable and in-place on either ear, while the in-line controller has a rotating clip that easily attaches to different uniforms.
Perform 10 is simple for associates to learn and use – no charging, no pairing, just USB-C plug-and-play. The adjustable ear piece and clip-on mic make it easy to get going, while the PTT button and volume controls are simple and accessible.
