Payment Information

Invoice My Account

Quill customers setup as a Business account may qualify to establish a credit limit to place orders against and given 30 days from the invoice date to pay their open balance interest-free.

  • Your account's eligibility for a credit limit will be reviewed after your first order is submitted using the Invoice My Account payment option during checkout, which is displayed for initial use upon certain pre-qualifying conditions. When approved, your order will then be confirmed, shipped out, and invoiced. (Approval may take up to 1 business day, and if more information is needed, or we are unable to extend a credit limit, a member of our Credit Department will contact you).
  • Invoices will be mailed to your designated Billing Account address, unless you update your preference to email delivery within your Account Settings. Or you can always find your billing documents online at for those issued within the previous 24 months.

Paying Invoices

  • Invoice payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date and can be made securely online or by mailed check.
  • If invoices go unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms, and/or when excessive spending beyond the Account's credit limit, then future orders may be put on hold and our Credit Department will attempt contact to collect payment for the balance.

Our secure online billing portal makes it quick and easy to view your Account's balance and submit your invoice payments. To get setup for payment, simply click the link below and navigate to Payment Settings within the Settings tab. Quill accepts online payment for invoices through direct electronic payment from your bank.

Please mail checks to the address below. To ensure your payment is applied to the correct invoice(s), please include the remittance section of your invoice(s) and write your Quill account number on the check.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

All customers can pay at the time of purchase with credit/debit cards by using the Credit Card payment option during checkout. accepts the following card types: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® or GSA SmartPay™ as well as Click To Pay.

Tax exempt organizations collects tax unless we have a tax exemption certificate on file for your account, or you are shipping to a state that does not collect state or local sales tax. The exact amount of tax will be included in your Final Order Confirmation.

Tax exempt?

Simply send your tax exemption certificate to our tax department and, once we receive it, any tax charged to your account will be credited. Please reference your account number or write “new” if you are a new customer.

New York Public School and Government customers: New York tax rules allow you to use your voided Purchase Order on Organization letterhead with an authorized signature OR Letter on Organization Letterhead stating reason for exemption including Federal ID number with an authorized signature OR New York State Dept of Taxation and Finance Exemption Letter, as proof of tax-exempt status.
