Description
Oceania's bulk shampoo is formulated using 75% natural, plant-based ingredients with kelp extract and aloe leaf juice as highlighted ingredients for the hydration and protection of your hair. The use of Kelp helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkling and sagging, as well as breakage. It is an extremely hydrating ingredient. It helps relieve scalp itchiness and controls any hair greasiness or build-up. Vitamin E is added to the formulation to add further protection to the scalp from damage and irritation. It protects the scalp from oxidative stress and lipid layer damage, by reducing the aging effects of damage. Also included in the formulation is Vitamin B5, a water-soluble, hydrating vitamin. This vitamin provides hydration, reduces water loss, and maintains hair softness. It improves hair strength, and boosts hair shine and volume by penetrating the hair cuticle to hydrate hair from the inside out. Our bulk shampoo is formulated without the use of parabens and formaldehyde.
