Protect on-screen privacy with the 4Vu™ Privacy Screen from Targus. It protects your information using tiny vertical blinds on the surface of the privacy screen, which narrow the viewing angle so data is only visible directly in front of the monitor up to 30° away from the center of the screen. Onlookers will only see a dark, unclear screen when attempting to view the information from a side angle. Ideal for touchscreen applications, this privacy screen features Targus DefenseGuard Antimicrobial Protection infused to the material creating a cleaner surface and helps prevent the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. It can be easily attached by using the included magnetic attachments. Antimicrobial protection is limited to the privacy screen itself. No tools, no hassle for an effortless pop-on, pop-off privacy screen experience. 30 Degree Viewing Angle Even in public places like hotel lobbies, airplanes, or cafes, the 4Vu Privacy Screen keeps your data safer from prying eyes. Your content is visible only to the person directly in front of the screen and up to 30 degrees on either side. You have full clarity and visibility, while onlookers or passersby see only a black screen. Antimicrobial Properties Ideal for touch screen applications, the privacy screen features Targus DefenseGuard® Antimicrobial Protection, which creates a cleaner touchpoint surface and works continuously to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Unlike topically applied sprays, DefenseGuard privacy screens are treated with an antimicrobial additive that does not wear off and lasts for the life of the product. Reduced Glare, Even in Bright Rooms For an added benefit, our 4Vu™ Privacy Screens come with a dual finish - with one side being glossy for a clearer view, while the opposite side offers a matte finish to help reduce glare. Our anti-reflective coating reduces glare and improves light transmittance under most viewing conditions. The result is brightness that's up to 12.4% higher than competitive privacy screens for comfortable, clear views. (Note: Application of magnetic adhesives will limit your viewing preference to a single side.)
