Spectrum™ Noodle and hoop base set with strong bases allows you to make noodle arches, slalom poles, hurdles, hoops targets and obstacles.
Spectrum™ Noodle and hoop base set comes with instructions and 6 bases having 7" dia. Set includes 3" high bases that can be weighed using sand and worked with 2 3/8" to 2 1/2" dia noodles as well as hoops with 0.85" cross-sectional dia.
