How Bic 4-color pens work
Four color-pens are ballpoints that use tiny metal balls that roll along paper and release ink, just like with Bic black pens or other ballpoint styles. Barrels are wide enough to hold four ink reservoirs inside without being too large to hold comfortably. Along the tops of the pens are four color-coded buttons that users press to select each color.
Four-color pen uses
Instead of using a Bic red pen to edit papers, use the 4-color pen to color-code notes for easy referencing. They’re also handy when journaling to add some color to thoughts. Artists can create vivid art without needing several pens or markers. This pen design is also fun for school-aged children to help them learn to write. College students can use these writing tools for notes in each class and eliminate the need to carry several pens at once.
