The two piece tactile sensory mat is a highly useful and versatile product. It is made to withstand heavy use as it is constructed from a combination of high-grade plastic and rubber. The interlocking tiles can be used as a set in a school or therapy gym or snoezelen room. Children enjoy walking over it as part of an obstacle course or laying on it to calm and relax their sensory systems. In a classroom it can be taken apart for individual use and placed under a workspace such as a tabletop or desk. The tactile input that it delivers to the bottom of the feet can increase a child's attention and learning receptivity. Each individual mat measures 11.8" x 11.8". Multiple sets can be purchased to create a larger interlocking mat. Sold as a set of 2 mats.
- The sensory mat can be used under a classroom desk or home table to increase concentration and encourage optimal focus.
