The Burnshield is a sterile trauma burn gel that can be used for minor burns and scalds. With its high water content, the Burnshield burn gel cools and soothes by absorbing and dissipating heat, which minimizes skin damage. The gel is clear, which makes it easy to assess the wound. It is nonstick and will not adhere to the wound. The Burnshield burn gel is a natural antibacterial solution that reduces infection. It is nontoxic and nonirritant. Safe to use on children.
