Description
The Burnshield versatile foam dressing is soaked in a sterile trauma burn gel and designed for multiple purposes. It can be used to treat hand, foot, face, and circumference burns. Supplied in a foil pouch, which can also be cut and used as a sleeve to cover an arm or leg. Burnshield can be used for minor burns and scalds. With its high water content, the Burnshield hydrogel cools and soothes by absorbing and dissipating heat, which minimizes skin damage. The gel is clear, which makes it easy to assess the wound, nonstick, and will not adhere to the wound. The Burnshield hydrogel is a natural antibacterial which reduces infection. Nontoxic, nonirritant, and safe to use on children.
