Description
This Carlisle 4037900 Sparta Meteor brush is 9.75" in length, with a 3" wide bristle head, and is suitable for glazing pastry or basting meats. The handle is made of white plastic for durability and easy cleaning, and the bristles are boar hair for durability and resistance to water. The bristles have been double-boiled, bleached, sterilized, and are molded into the handle to prevent the collection of bacteria. This pastry/basting brush has a hook molded into the end, and it will hang on the lip of crocks or other containers to protect its bristles from heat sources.
