Quill.com is also a retail website open to the public, and if you visit the website without logging in to your AEPA account, you will not see your AEPA pricing.

Is there a fee for delivery or a minimum order amount?
Orders of $25 or more ship free within the contiguous 48 states. A handling fee of $5.99 is applied to orders of $24.99 or less.
