Flavia machines for ALTERRA® coffee packets
Alterra coffee packets are produced by Mars Drinks and are compatible with Flavia coffee machines, which are ideal for office or home beverage requirements. The Mars Drinks Barista brews coffee, tea, latte, espresso, and cappuccino just like a coffee shop but staff don't need to leave the office. The Flavia Creation 500 is a large machine that brew freshpacks with the help of an LCD menu that guides the process. Tinier than its 500 counterpart, the Creation 200 fits perfectly on smaller office coffee, water, and snack shelves but still brews perfect cups quickly. The Creation 150 is the smallest option and works for home brewing or offices with few employees.
Flavia coffee packet flavors
There are several types of Alterra coffee packets and tea options similar to Keurig® K-Cups®. They come in individual cartridges, known as Freshpacks. Choose from a variety of flavors and blends that will appeal to anyone’s taste buds. Some flavor choices include:
- Flavored coffees such as hazelnut and French vanilla
- Light roast coffees for flavorful afternoon office break beverages
- Dark, intense roasts with a strong, acidic taste for a quick morning boost
- Black teas for bold flavor and green teas for light flavor
- Flavored teas such as chai or orange
- Herbal teas to help battle colds and sore throats
- Hot chocolate made with Dove® smooth chocolate flavoring
Mars Drinks Sustainability Program
The Mars coffee company believes in helping and protecting the environment. They created a recycling program that makes it easy for any business or home user to return used Freshpacks for recycling. Users can save the empty Flavia coffee packets and send them to Mars’ recycling partner. The packs are then separated into compostable and non-compostable material. Compostable waste includes tea leaves and coffee grounds that are used in gardens as fertilizer. Non-compostable material is processed into pellets and sold to companies to make into new products.
