How many sheets or pages can the binder accommodate?
Binders are available in a variety of sizes to suit any business need. Available in sizes from 0.5 to 5 inches, our selection of binders accommodate paperwork ranging from 125 sheets to 1,000 sheets — two full reams of paper. White, black, dark blue, and other colors sort materials by department or project, so employees can quickly grab the relevant file quickly and easily.
What material is the binder made from?
Our selection of binders are made from lightweight and flexible poly to heavy duty, durable plasticwith vinyl covers that keep your documents organized and secure. You can also select from a variety of colors, ring sizes, and weights to house any documents with ease.
What size documents or papers will the binder hold?
Quill offers a range of ring types, paper and pack sizes for different paperwork and purposes. To organize daily reports, choose high-capacity 5-inch binders that feature generously sized rings and reinforced spines. Large pressboard binders can accommodate significant volumes of paperwork. For dedicated client files or quarterly paperwork, opt for smaller 1-inch or 2-inch binders to comfortably hold documents without taking up extra space on shelves. You can also choose from view and non-view binders to keep your documents organized any way you want from confidential to presentation-worthy.
