Quill Brand HP LaserJet 4000 toner is available in two sizes, the 27X high-yield and 27X extra high-yield cartridges. Although these are not original manufacturer equipment (OEM) HP printer cartridges for the LaserJet 4000, they’re an excellent substitute. Keep in mind that Quill inserts toner into remanufactured cartridges, so the expiration date found on the cartridge is not correct. Instead, determine the expiration date based on when you purchased the item. A general expiration date for remanufactured toner is about two years from the purchase date.
