Quill Brand HP LaserJet 4000 toner is available in two sizes, the 27X high-yield and 27X extra high-yield cartridges. Although these are not original manufacturer equipment (OEM) HP printer cartridges for the LaserJet 4000, they’re an excellent substitute. The yield rating informs users of maximum page output with good quality print. Quill Brand, as with most other reputable brands, calculates remanufactured toner yields based on 5 percent coverage.
