Speedball Screen Printing Diazo Photo Emulsion & Sensitizer Set (SBA004909)
Description
The Screen Printing Diazo Photo Emulsion & Sensitizer Set, manufactured by Speedball, provides everything needed to create long-lasting, photographic-quality stencils for screen printing.
The set includes a 26 oz bottle of photo emulsion and a 2 oz jar of diazo sensitizer. To prepare the mixture, fill the sensitizer bottle three-quarters full with cold water, shake until fully dissolved, and then add it to the emulsion. Once combined, the emulsion turns a grassy green color and becomes ready for coating screens. This diazo-based system delivers excellent resolution, sharp stencil edges, and dependable durability through repeated print runs. Suitable for textile and graphic printing, it works with both water-based and plastisol inks and supports detailed artwork, halftones, and fine linework. Ideal for studios, classrooms, and print shops seeking professional results.
