The subscription terms of use can be found in the subscribe + save terms and conditions.
- Select ”subscribe + save“ or ”subscribe“ on the details page for thousands of eligible products.
- Select the quantity and schedule that work for you.
- Name your subscription so it's easy to tell multiple subscriptions apart, for example, ”Breakroom restock“ or ”Print station refills“
- Your subscription items will move into your cart.
- Place your order at checkout to receive your first subscription order. Then each recurring order will happen automatically based on the frequency you've chosen.
To participate, you must have a valid Quill.com account.
Frequency options are every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, or 6 months.
Net 30 terms (if eligible), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (including stored cards). Quill maintains reasonable and appropriate standards to safeguard your Personal Information. We cannot accept cards issued outside the United States. You cannot pay for your subscribe + save orders with PayPal, gift cards, rebate cards, or through the Click to Pay, formerly Visa Checkout.
When placing a new subscription order, your cart can contain a combination of subscription items and one-time purchases. However, your recurring subscription orders can only contain your subscription items.
Subscription orders of $24.99 or less will have a handling fee of $5.99 applied to the order, based on the value of each order installment at the time of shipment (excluding the value of any one-time purchases or cancelled subscription items that may have been included in prior order installments). Rewards+ and Preferred members, however, always receive free shipping and handling on every order with no minimum. See the Quill.com shipping & order policy for details.
In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discounts for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the Quill.com price of the item at the time we process your order.
Individual product prices can go up or down over time. If your item is eligible for a subscribe + save discount, it will be applied on top of the item price, on the day that your shipment is created. If the price of your subscribed product changes, the new price will be displayed in your subscription review email and will be applied only on future shipments. You can review your subscription price and edit or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your subscriptions page.
No. You can subscribe to as many or as few items as you like.
The subscribe + save program is flexible. You can change, cancel or skip a shipment at any time by visiting your subscriptions page. If we receive your instructions by the ”Last date to edit delivery“ date (which is always displayed on your subscription page), your changes will apply to the upcoming delivery. Changes made after that date will apply to your next scheduled delivery.
