What Are Window Envelopes?
A window envelope is a type of conventional envelope that features a plastic film, or window, to allow the recipient’s name and address to be printed on the document or paper within. These envelopes are typically purchased alongside other shipping, packing & mailing supplies.
They are ideal for businesses and corporations because a typed name and address look more professional than handwriting. These window envelopes pair great with other mailing supplies, such as envelope moisteners and letter openers for keeping paperwork and documentation organized and labeled.
What Types of Envelopes with Windows Are Available?
Window envelopes, also called commercial envelopes, have triangular flaps and are sized according to number. The most prominent are numbers 7, 10, 12, and 14.
