LaserJet Pro 200 series toner cartridges 

HP LaserJet Pro 200 series toner cartridges support print resolutions of 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi), as well as fast black and color print speeds. The HP 131A cartridges yield 1,600 pages in black, and 1,800 pages in each CMY color. The HP LaserJet Pro 200 printer series also includes monochrome multifunction printers that scan, copy, fax, and print. Some use HP 83A and 83X cartridges; others use only HP 126A black toner. The HP 83A black cartridges yield 1,500 pages per cartridge while the HP 83X provide up to 2,200 pages. Many HP printer cartridges offer standard page yields, and high-capacity page yields. 

HP Color LaserJet Pro series 200 printers with four reservoirs use HP 202A black and CMY cartridges, also offering 600 x 600 dpi printing. A 202X black cartridge is available, yielding 3,200 pages. The HP 131A, 131X, 82A, 82X, and 126A cartridges also come in remanufactured cartridges.

The difference between ink and toner is their liquid or solid-particle content. HP formulates industry-leading dry-powder toners for its laser printer cartridges, many for the following HP monochrome, color, and multifunction printers with non-200 series designations:

• HP 78A black - LaserJet Pro “P”
• HP 85A, 94A, and 17A black - LaserJet Pro “P,” “M,” and MFP monochrome
• HP 305A black - LaserJet Pro 300 and 400 color (excluding 305A CMY cartridges)
• HP 125A black and CMY - Color LaserJet CP and CM
• HP 29X black - HP LaserJet 5000

Many are available as remanufactured HP cartridges, and most come in cost-saving black and CMY combo packs.
