Extra-high capacity 127 ink cartridges

The XL 127 cartridges designed for Epson’s Stylus and WorkForce all-in-one printers with scan, copy, and printing functionality yield up to 50 percent more pages per cartridge than the high-yield Epson 126 cartridges. Both the 127 and 126 cartridges work with several high-tech elements of the all-in-one printers, including Epson’s four-color drop-on-demand MicroPiezo® inkjet technology, designed for photo-quality output, with a max print resolution of 5760 x 1440 dpi. The Epson 126 black cartridge and the 127 black cartridge also support output of up to 15 pages a minute. The color cartridges can support output of up to 7.2 pages a minute. Both the 126 and 127 cartridges fit several Epson WorkForce printers, including models in the 500, 600, and 800 series and the WF 3000 and 7000 series. They also fit several Stylus models, including those in the NX 500 and 600 series.

DURABrite Ultra ink

Epson’s proprietary DURABrite Ultra is a pigment-based ink formula that dries quickly on paper, so it is smudge-resistant and absorbent-resistant, ideal for printing material that might be exposed to the elements, such as mailing labels. Because the pigments remain near the surface of paper, glossy photos have particularly vibrant colors that are truer reproductions of digital files. All Epson ink cartridges work with a variety of paper. The 127 and 126 cartridges in select Stylus and Work Force all-in-ones produce crisp text and vibrant images on multi-function, presentation, and photo paper, both matte and glossy, as well as brochure and flyer matte paper, photo-quality adhesive sheets, and iron-on transfer paper.

Output from the XL and high-yield cartridges

Most printers accept cartridges that offer varying amounts of page output. Both the 127 and 126 cartridges provide industry-competitive page yields for select Stylus and WorkForce printers:

• Extra-high capacity XL 127 black cartridges yield up to 945 pages per cartridge
• Extra-high capacity XL 127 C/M/Y cartridges yield up to 755 pages per cartridge
• High-yield 126 black cartridges offer per-cartridge output of up to 385 pages
• High-yield 126 C/M/Y cartridges offer per-cartridge output of up to 470 pages
